04 / questions

Answers before you ask.

Is my data private?

Your knowledge bases belong to your account alone. Connected apps see only what you approve on the consent screen, scoped to read or write, and you can revoke any app from Settings at any time.

Which AI tools can connect?

Anything that speaks MCP: Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, and more. One URL, one consent screen, done.

Can a connected app change my entries?

Only if you grant write access, and even then apps can only add new entries. Editing and deleting stay exclusive to you in the knowledgebase.day apps.

What happens to my voice recordings?

They're stored as playable audio attached to each entry. The transcript is what gets searched; the recording is there when you want the original.

Is there an iPhone app?

It's built and in final testing. The web app at app.knowledgebase.day is live today and works great on mobile browsers in the meantime.

What does it cost?

knowledgebase.day is free during beta. Pricing will be announced well before anything changes, and early users will be looked after.

Your AI is only as smart as what it knows about you.
